It is nifty to be able to post onto this blog from my phone... but perhaps irresponsible to do so in a sleepy stupor. My allergies (to 2 adorable kittens in our garage and really all over our house via children who snuggle with kittens while wearing pajamas, the children, not the kittens) are killing me. I'm taking all sorts of meds suggested by Dr. V. Johnson, some that might make me extra tired and! C just about killed me by doing something spontaneously funny, which kicked my asthma on via a laughing fit. All that on top of an exciting CLOSING night of K in Annie! Wow.
What I was trying to say is:
Happiness is a pair of warm knee-hi's that stay up.
K, the VERY beautiful and very bald was brilliant. Closing night was bittersweet since a lot of bugs had been worked out. It seemed that at times the pianist dragged, which K said was the case. Great cast. So motivated and happy! Lovely director.

Went to CIRQUE DU SOLEIL!

In April we went to Las Vegas and while Gama the Greatest played with M, the big kids went to the show. Oh wow! What a show! If I didn't have 5 children, a great dog, a lovely home near the mountains and a heck of a great cleanhouse loving Sweetheart, I'd run off to Vegas and try to get a job as an usher (costumed!) just so I could watch this show over and over... hmmm, maybe that isn't such a bad idea?!
J and K look a bit pooped but they LOVED loved the entire production! Speakers in the seats, so that the volume was perfect, the costumes, the lighting, the theater, the lobby, the tricks and surprises.

S is for Scrubble.

K is desperate for facial hair and so he decided to take it in his own hands hence the "scrubble." Bad news for the blond boy... his beard is blond ---> invisible.
Nah, April foolishness. This picture was from K's play make up. He was in Bye Bye Birdie last week and tried this look out. The makeup is the one thing about the theater that he doesn't like. He did a great job and we are so proud of him! Great solo! Can't wait to see what he does next. :)
April Fools pranks? K drew half a mushtash on a sleeping S (revenge), S put hot sauce in the spaghetti sauce...
