C is for Celebrity in spin class.


Rona said to a lady, “You look just like Kirsten Dunst. Really, the spitting image!” Ha. It was her. Rona actually knew that.

It was a crazy fun class. So glad that Rona is back after a long long time of flu and crud. She is a wonderful teacher and a special person, to many people.

    Next time you are in town let's make it a priority! TOP Priority. One of the highlights of my past year was when my cousin Dr. Mel joined me in Rona's class. He is very buff and impressed Rona. Now that is phat.

    Ms. K.D. was not so buff but Rona was still very nice. And found out today that Rona DIDN'T know who she really was until she came close to her to make sure she was doing all right, as a new person to her class.
